How to Choose the Neon Signs Backboard?
In order to guarantee the high quality operation of neon lamps. Typically we have five styles of neon backboard, including cut to shape, cut to rectangle, acrylic stand, free-standing open box, and wall-mounted out of the box.
Cut to Shape
- Features: It looks cleaner and simpler, with clear letters that blend in perfectly with the wall.
- Occasions: The cut style is suitable for many occasions and matches well with parties, weddings, interior decorations.
Cut to Rectangle
Rectangles are one of our free options, and neon will be cut into rectangular or square shapes depending on its graphic combination. This style of backboard is very stylish and popular.
- Features: Stable structure can be placed anywhere.
- Occasions: It is suitable to be placed in commercial places as interior decoration. It looks more formal when used as a business label.
Acrylic Stand
The acrylic stand utilizes two acrylic right angle structures to allow the standing sign to stand. The acrylic stand is made with right angle slits so that the neon can be telescoped into the stand and held in place so that it is not easily dislodged.
- Features: light weight, easy to carry. Freestanding structure.
- Occasions: Conferences, weddings, outdoor events, home decoration.
- Maximum size signage is 3 feet 3 inches wide x 1 foot 4 inches high (100 cm x 40 cm)
Note: Wireless (battery powered) option is also available for smaller signs. The acrylic stand model will have different stand shapes depending on the size of the neon, if your neon is oversized it is not recommended to choose this backboard shape.
Free-Standing Open Box
The Freestanding Open Box is a standable neon sign that consists of two clear acrylic panels front and back. One acrylic panel holds the light strip and the other acrylic panel covers the front.
- Features: The two acrylic panels are secured by four ground bolts to ensure stability. The front acrylic panel protects the light strip from damage.
- Occasions: Due to its own stability, it is perfect for outdoor or party decorations. Place on a table or shelf, or you can remove the front of the box to release the neon and hang it easily on the wall.
Wall-Mounted Open Box
The Wall-Mounted Open Box is a stable structure that can be hung on the wall. It consists of two transparent acrylic panels in the front and back, and the front acrylic panel protects the light strip. It is suitable for decorating broken walls and making them look neat and beautiful.
